Opinion

In an action to reform a deed and a purchase-money mortgage by correcting the property description therein contained, for the reduction of the principal of the purchase-money mortgage in an amount sufficient to compensate plaintiff for a deficiency in the property conveyed, and for incidental damages, judgment, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
