Motion for a stay granted on condition that the appellant procures the record on appeal and appellant’s points to be served and filed on or before February 7, 1963, with notice of argument for February 19, 1963, Said appeal to be argued or submitted when reached. However, if respondents elect, they may file an increased bond of $100,000 within 10 days after entry of the order herein, in which event the stay herein is vacated. Concur — Breitel, J. P., Yalente, Stevens, Eager and Steuer, JJ.
