834 So. 2d 253, 2002 Fla. App. LEXIS 16897, 2002 WL 31519920
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided November 14, 2002·No. No. 1D02-1019·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a)(3)(C)(vii) does not provide a basis for exercise of appeal jurisdiction in this case. See State Board of Education v. Azer, 832 So.2d 787 (Fla. 1st DCA 2002). Because we decline to review the case pursuant to our certiorari jurisdiction, the case is dismissed.

ERVIN, BARFIELD, and WOLF, JJ., concur.
