After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

LONG, Presiding Judge.

Pursuant to the Supreme Court’s opinion in Ex parte Sullivan, 779 So.2d 1157 (Ala.2000), this Court’s judgment entered on October 6, 1999, is hereby set aside.

JUDGMENT OF OCTOBER 6, 1999, SET ASIDE.

McMILLAN, COBB, BASCHAB, and FRY, JJ., concur.
