Opinion

Harwell, J.

The defendant was convicted of simple larceny. His only complaint is that the verdict was contrary to law and the evidence. The verdict was authorized by the evidence, and was approved by the trial judge, and this court will not interfere.

Judgment affirmed.

Broyles, P. J., and Bloodworfh, J., concur.
