Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Judgment and order reversed, and new trial ordered, with costs to the ■appellant to abide the event, unless the respondent stipulates within 20 days to reduce the verdict to $1,000 as of the date of the rendition thereof, in which event the judgment is modified accordingly, and, as thus modified, the judgment and order are affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party.
