Enterprises, Inc., and Convenient Food Mart, Inc., for summary judgment. Order affirmed, without costs, upon the opinion of Mr. Justice D. Vincent Cerrito at Special Term. Kane, J. P., Mikoll, Yesawich, Jr., Weiss and Levine, JJ., concur.
