WOLF, J.

. Petitioner alleges that the trial court erred in granting the State’s request for an interim order of emergency commitment to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities. The State concedes error. We, therefore, grant the Writ of Certiorari, quash the order, and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
