In re R.B.; — Defendant; Applying for Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Calcasieu, 14th Judicial District Court Div. C, No. 4709; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 01-1136.

Granted. Under the facts of this case, the trial court abused its discretion in denying relator’s motion for continuance. Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is vacated and set aside, and the case remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
