This Cause coming on this Day to be heard on Bill and Answer Mr. Parsons Solicitor for the Complainants moved that the Order for hearing might be read. Ordered and done Accordingly. He then opened the Nature and scope of the Bill and Mr. Simpson Solicitor for the Defendants that of the Answer. The Court then upon hearing Counsel on both sides did order and decree that the Complainants Bill of Complaint be dismissed.
