Opinion

Transportation charges. On plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, alleging that the H. P. Welch Company, third party defendant, .was liable for the shipment charges in question and on the admission of liability by the Welch Company, and on the defendant’s response consenting to judgment, it was ordered that judgment be entered in favor of. plaintiff against the defendant for $119.13, and, further, that judgment be entered in favor of defendant against the H. P. Welch Company for $119.13.
