Opinion

Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by denying plaintiff’s motion to vacate the demand of defendant Pilot Industries, Inc., for a bill of particulars in respect to items 17, 20 and 21, and as so modified affirmed, with' $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. Bill of particulars to be served within ten days after service of a copy of the order with notice of entry. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., Townley, Dore, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.
