Opinion

Action to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff’s intestate, alleged to have been caused by the negligent operation of respondent’s automobile. Order granting reargument and upon reargument again denying plaintiff’s motion for a preference, except over the February, 1942, issues, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
