PER CURIAM.

Because the circuit court issued a final order before the time expired for petitioner to file a reply, we grant the petition for writ of certiorari, reverse the final order and remand for further proceedings in which the petitioner is provided an opportunity to reply to the response filed below. See Bard v. Wolson, 687 So.2d 254 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996).
