Adeeb v. Morgan, 97 So. 3d 337, 2012 WL 4093996, 2012 Fla. App. LEXIS 15539 (Fla. Ct. App. 2012).
Opinion
We affirm in part the Order Granting Summary Judgment in favor of appellees, Ronald Scott Morgan and Laura F. Morgan. However, we reverse only that portion of the trial court’s order which awards prevailing party attorneys’ fees to the Morgans, as these attorneys’ fees are not authorized by statute or contract in this case.
Affirmed in part; reversed in part.
