After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

YATES, Presiding Judge.

The Alabama Supreme Court has reversed this court’s judgment of June 7, 2002, and has remanded the case. Ex parte Professional Bus. Oumers Ass’n Workers’ Compensation Fund, 867 So.2d 1099 (Ala.2003). In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

CRAWLEY, THOMPSON, PITTMAN, and MURDOCK, JJ., concur.
