Court of Civil Appeals of Alabama·Decided January 5, 1970·No. 5 Div. 3·Published·Cited by 3 cases

Opinion

THAGARD, Presiding Judge.

We affirm the trial court’s decree as rendered in this case except that portion dealing with the allocation of $20.00 per month for child support. We do not think that support for an 18^4 year old son who has take-home pay of $45.00 per week from his own employment is necessary.

Affirmed in part, reversed and rendered in part.
