PER CURIAM.

The above causes coming on to be heard upon the transcript of the record, the briefs of the parties, and the arguments of counsel, and the court being duly advised.

Now, therefore, it is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the orders of the District [1020]*1020Court overruling the exceptions to the jurisdiction of the District Court, from which the above appeals were taken, be and are hereby affirmed, in accordance with the opinion of the District Court.
