JUDGMENT
Adam Fernandez, Appellant Appeal from the 76th District Court of Titus County, Texas (Tr. Ct. No. CR- No. 06-22-00160-CR v. 21253). Memorandum Opinion delivered by Chief Justice Stevens, Justice van Cleef The State of Texas, Appellee and Justice Rambin participating.
As stated in the Court’s opinion of this date, we find that the motion of the appellant to dismiss the appeal should be granted. Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. We further order that the appellant, Adam Fernandez, pay all costs incurred by reason of this appeal.
