Opinion

REDMANN, Chief Judge.

A final federal court judgment in an antitrust action precludes a later state court proceeding under the state’s antitrust statute based on the same alleged wrong. Woods Exploration & Pro. Co. v. Aluminum Co. of America, 438 F.2d 1286 (5 Cir.1971), cert. denied 404 U.S. 1047, 92 S.Ct. 701, 30 L.Ed.2d 736 (1972).

Reversed; action dismissed at plaintiffs’ cost.
