The Weidmann Silk Dyeing Co., -will he affirmed, for the reasons expre:?sed in the opinion of No. 27, The Acquaekanonk Water Co. v. Weidmann Silk Dyeing Co.

The judgments in the Passaic Circuit Court are affirmed.
