CHIASSON, Judge.

For the reasons set forth in our opinion in “P.H.A.C. Services, Inc. v. Seaways International, Inc., Pennzoil Company and Pennzoil Producing Company," No. 13,245, 393 So.2d 115, the motion to dismiss appellee’s answer to the appeal is denied at appellants’ costs.

DENIED.
