BURKE, Judge.

Based on the Alabama Supreme Court’s holding in Acosta v. State, 208 So.3d 651 (Ala.2016), Devonte Cortes Acosta’s conviction for first-degree burglary is affirmed.

AEFIRMED.

WINDOM, P.J., and WELCH, KELLUM, and JOINER, JJ., concur.
