Opinion

LEMMON, Judge.

This case was consolidated for trial and on appeal with LeBlanc et al. v. Estate of Blanchard et al., 266 So.2d 918, No. 4641 on the docket of this court.

For the reasons expressed in the opinion in that case, we conclude that the judgment against the Louisiana State Department of Highways should be affirmed. Since the plaintiffs did not appeal or answer the appeal, the contentions in their brief relating to an increase in the amount of award cannot be considered.

Affirmed.
