Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We agree, and the state concedes, that the trial court erred in denying appellant’s motion to withdraw his guilty plea. Accordingly, we reverse the adjudication of delinquency and the order of high-risk commitment, and remand the case for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
