Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court’s ruling assessing prevailing party attorney’s fees to the appellee, property owners association pursuant to the declaration of condominium. We disagree with appellant’ s argument that the underlying litigation was not contemplated by the provision in the declaration which provides for attorney’s fees and costs to be assessed for the collection of assessments. Affirmed.

KLEIN, SHAHOOD and HAZOURI, JJ., concur.
