OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

Ordered that the order, insofar as appealed from, is affirmed, without costs.

In October 2010, landlord, a residential cooperative corporation, imposed a special assessment on the proprietary lessees/shareholders to finance the completion of Local Law No. 11 (1998) of City of New York facade repairs. A number of the tenants, including those named in the instant proceeding (tenants), resisted the assessment, and landlord commenced 56 nonpayment summary proceedings, 47 of which were consolidated in the Civil Court for certain purposes, including for motion practice.
