Order granting a motion of judgment creditor for an order directing the New York Life Insurance Company to pay over to the judgment creditor the sum of $265.65, dividends accumulated to the credit of a policy of insurance on the life of the judgment debtor, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, Townley, Untermyer and Cohn, JJ.
