(Proposed by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., R.S., S.J.R. 47.) (a) The legislature by general law may exempt from ad valorem taxation raw cocoa and green coffee that is held in Harris County. (b) The legislature may impose additional requirements for qualification for an exemption under this section.
